I discovered aloe vera two years ago. Skeptical of aloe vera and its efficiency, I tried the aloe vera gelly for the sake of doing it few weeks before my exams in law. I couldn’t even hold a pen with my hands covered with small wounds. One by one, the doctors told me that I was having allergies. I was on several treatments for more than a month and at the same time, my exams were round the corner. Personally, aloe vera has nourished my body far better than my everyday diet. The vitamin B5 brings me lots of happiness and I found it…in the plant! It is efficient in fighting against stress. I’ve had also stomach pains and cramps due to stress. Since I took aloe vera, I’m not hunted by these pains anymore. I now know how it feels to be in good health. I suggest that everyone takes aloe vera gel for at least 3 months and to send me a testimony that I was right in saying so…I should stop promoting the virtues of aloe vera now or else we’ll run out of space!
