The Marketing Plan

- There are 12 levels of qualification.

- It rewards you not only each time sales is done but also on the performance of your team.

- It's a generous plan : up to 48% of personal bonus, 35% being the minimum when you start the activity.

- It's an honest plan : the margin, personal bonus and group bonuses are calculated on the final selling price.

- The totality of the group bonuses is repaid to the team. The qualifications take immediate effect.

- It's a secured plan : all qualications accquired are definitive.

- It's a motivating plan : there are no limits set for group bonuses.

1. The Basic Margin is 30% of the final price for all products.

2. The Personal Bonus : from 5% to 8% according to your qualification accquired, and calculated at the retail price before tax.

3. The Group Bonus : from 3% to 13% on the turnover of your team.

4. The Leadership Bonus : 6%, 3%, 2% on your managers of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation respectively.

5. The Jonathan Bonus : your leadership bonus increases to 9%, 6%, and 5% on each active manager of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation respectively.

6. The Incentive Program : Purchase or lease a home, car, boat or airplane with 3 types of incentive programs available.

7. The Profit Sharing Plan: participate annually and receive supplementary bonuses.
